This rumour is confirmed true and is of high priority – here's why:
Hon Robert Kyagulanyi (AKA Bobi Wine), the MP of Kyadondo East and a presidential aspirant, was blocked, arrested, and detained by the Ugandan police and military in two different locations at Kasangati on Monday (6 January 2020) and in Lira on Wednesday (8 January 2020) while he was out for a nationwide consultation. However, he was later released in both cases.
