Here is why -
An official from the local government of Pigi County confirmed to Hagiga Wahid that the White Army have been marching towards his county on their way to attack Malakal. He said that they have stopped 10 kilometres from the county as the national government tries to mediate with them to end their march. He said their movement has caused displacement in the county as many people have fled their homes because of fear of being attacked by the group.
